Motor Vehicles, Department of
Dealers who buy, sell or trade all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) must register with the NYS Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).
Certifications must be renewed by the last day of the month in which the original registration certificate was issued.
Dealers must now use the VERIFI system for some basic transactions. Visit VERIFI for more information on this system.
