If you buy, sell or trade all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), you need to register with the New York State (NYS) Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).

You must renew your certificate by the last day of the month in which the original registration certificate was issued.

Dealers must now use the VERIFI system for some basic transactions. Visit VERIFI for more information.
