You need a Class A Photo Identification card to work at the New Fulton Fish Market. These cards do not expire.

Blank Access Control Card
Get this card from your Market employer. You need to send it with your application. -
Proof of residence
This can be a copy of a utility bill (phone, gas or electric), a current lease agreement or a current mortgage payment. If the utility bill is not in your name, you need a notarized statement from the person whose name is on the bill saying you live at that address. -
Proof of identification
This can be a city, state or federal ID card, a valid birth certificate (with marriage or court documents if you have changed your name), military discharge papers, a passport or a naturalization certificate. -
Photo
Your photo will be taken when you submit your application. -

- Investigation fee: $150.00
- Fingerprinting fee: $75.00 (only money orders accepted, payable to NYS Division of Criminal Justice)

Complete the application
Fill out the application for Class A Photo Identification. -
Submit documents and fees
Bring the original and one copy of the completed application, all required documents, and fees to the Business Integrity Commission Command Center at the New Fulton Fish Market, 800 Food Center Drive, Bronx, NY 10474. -
Background investigation
After your application is reviewed and accepted, you will be in a pending status until the background investigation is complete. -
Fingerprint appointment
The license unit will schedule an appointment for you to have your fingerprints taken. At this appointment, you need to bring a $75.00 money order made payable to NYS Division of Criminal Justice.
