A Certificate of Fitness is required to store, handle, use or refill non-flammable gas cylinders. Non-flammable gas cylinders are most commonly used in health care facilities. Non-flammable gases include oxygen, nitrogen, nitrous oxide and carbon dioxide.



This Certificate of Fitness is valid only for the specific person to whom it is issued and can be used anywhere within New York City.
