Commercial Vehicle Parking Information

Commercial vehicle parking requires payment in metered "No Standing Commercial Vehicles Only" zones. These rules are generally in effect Monday through Friday from 7 am to 6 pm unless otherwise posted. Commercial vehicles may stand or park at parking spaces controlled by muni-meters, purchase parking at muni-meters located on these streets, and display the receipt on the dashboard. The maximum time for such metered parking on a single block is a total of three hours, unless otherwise indicated by a posted sign. Both sides of the single street constitute a block. Muni-meters accept coins, NYC Parking Cards, and credit cards.
