Additional Information:

• Completely follow the guidelines provided with all information as requested (in Chapter 4 of the 2008 Fire Code and Fire Department rule 3 RCNY)
• All revised (Amended) plans requires a new Owner’s Certification page with all required documents.

Applications Fees:

• New Application Fees: $630
• Amended Application Fees ($210 per hour, not to exceed $630)
• Resubmission Fees: $210 per hour, not to exceed $630
