Health and Mental Hygiene, Department of
In accordance with the Smoke Free Air Act, all retail electronic cigarette stores must register with the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH). Once registered with the DOHMH, the use of electronic cigarettes is permitted on the premises. Retailers register once. There is no fee to register.
