If your facility holds a hazardous substance at an amount at or above the threshold set by City regulations during the year, you must fill out a Facility Inventory Form. You also need to pay the fees. Some facilities must also send a risk management plan to the Department of Environmental Protection by March 1 every year.

- Check (pay to NYC Commissioner of Finance)
- Money order (pay to NYC Commissioner of Finance)
- How to register: You can register online using the File Facility Inventory Form.
- Who can register: The person registering must be an owner, operator, manager or corporate officer.
- Legal requirement: This is required by the Administrative Code of the City of New York, Section 24, Chapter 7.
