A Farm Winery License lets you make and sell wine where you grow the fruit. The New York State Liquor Authority (SLA) gives this license.
This license lets you:
- Sell wine to dealers, distributors and people.
- Sell wine off-site with extra permits.
Farm wineries must:
- Make less than 250,000 gallons of wine each year.
- Use only New York State products.
You need an attorney registered in New York State to apply for this license.
