Businesses that want to sell or make guns or bullets in the United States need a Federal Firearms License. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) issues out this license.

To get the license, you need to provide:

If a gun is stolen, you must tell the ATF within 48 hours.
