A Liquidator's Permit lets a closing business sell its products to other businesses. The New York State Liquor Authority (SLA) gives this permit.
Requirements:
- Beverages must be in closed containers.
- Sales can only be to other licensed businesses.
- The permit is good for one transaction only.
