The Office of Film, Theatre and Broadcasting (OFTB) issues permits for all red carpet, film, television and theatre events that will occur on public property such as a City street, sidewalk or park.

List of Permit Fees.
- X-Small Venue (seating capacity of less than 500) Fee: $450
- Small Venue (seating capacity of 501 to 1,000) Fee: $2,750
- Medium Venue (seating capacity of 1,001 to 1,500) Fee: $5,000
- Large Venue (seating capacity of 1,501 to 5,000) Fee: $14,000
- X-Large Venue (seating capacity of more than 5,000) Fee: $24,000
List of accepted payment methods.
- Certified Check (Made payable to the Department of Finance and handed in to OFTB at time of permit issuance.)
- Money Order (Made payable to the Department of Finance and handed in to OFTB at time of permit issuance.)
All fees include permission for the following: One Curb Lane Closure, One Red Carpet, One Press Pen, One Generator, One Klieg Light, One Tent 10 by 20. Any additional items will be a separate fee.
