Pharmacies must register with the New York State Department of Education (NYSDOE). This registration must happen before a pharmacy dispenses drugs and devices.
Please note that machines dispensing prescription drugs or devices are illegal under State law. Renovations, changes in ownership, and changes in location must be reported to the NYSDOE.
