The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) 504 loan program provides small businesses with financing for new assets.

These loans are for fixed assets, such as buildings, land, and equipment. To be eligible, a business must be for-profit with a net worth below $15 million. Its annual income must be under $5 million.
