Business Integrity Commission
A Class 1 Self Hauler Registration is required for any person or business removing waste generated by their business. This does not include the removal of construction and demolition debris. All business? have the opportunity to register as self haulers. If a business does not want to haul its own waste it must hire a Business Integrity Commission (BIC) licensed Private Carter.
