Liquor Authority
This permit allows businesses to hold up to 12 auctions of wine or liquor each year. This permit is issued by the New York State Liquor Authority (SLA).
Businesses must have been licensed for more than 10 years with a retail off-premises license to apply. Tasting may be conducted at auctions. A final list of attendees must be submitted with the application.
