    Successful completion of the Mobile Food Vending Food Protection Course does not satisfy all of the regulatory requirements of other City and State Agencies. It is the business owner's responsibility to apply for all other permits, licenses, and authorizations required by other City and State Agencies. Failure to comply with all relevant regulations, including those under the jurisdiction of other Agencies, may result in the suspension of DOHMH permits until proof of compliance is provided.       Replacement Requests

      If you are in need of a replacement certificate, email with “FPC replacement” in the subject field. If you took the class more than 10 years ago you must retake the course and pass the final exam.
