This license lets hotels sell alcoholic drinks to customers. Customers can drink these on-site. The New York State Liquor Authority (SLA) gives out this license.
Hotels must meet these rules to get this license:
- Have a kitchen
- Have a full restaurant
- Be used often to feed and lodge guests
Customers can take unopened beer off the premises. The license is available seasonally.
