This license lets hotels sell wine or beer to customers. They can drink it on-site. The New York State Liquor Authority (SLA) gives the Hotel Wine License.

To get this license, hotels must:

Hotels are buildings that feed and lodge guests. Customers can take unopened beer off the premises.

The license is available seasonally. It also allows the sale of drinks through room service.
