After you submit your application

    After you submit your initial application, you will work with a representative of the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Office of Radiological Health (ORH), to complete the application process. You may contact ORH by calling (718) 786-6002 or by email to orh@health.nyc.gov.

      Once your application is reviewed and approved, you will receive an invoice in the mail for the registration fee. You must pay the fee before your permit is issued.
