If your business sells or makes electronic devices, it must recycle electronic waste. You must tell customers how to collect and recycle this waste. Businesses cannot sell devices from companies without a recycling system. You must send yearly reports to the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) through the E-Waste Online Registration and Reporting System.
