Operating Requirements

    Licenses are valid for up to one year and expire on December 31 every year.

      If any of the information submitted in the approved application changes, the licensee must inform DCWP of those changes by filing an GC-6 Application to Amend at least one (1) week before the event.

        At the end of each Las Vegas Night occasion, the licensee must submit GC-7 Financial Statement for Games of Chance Operations and GC-7B Cash Control Summary for Games of Chance, and pay additional fees to DCWP within seven days.

          At the end of each calendar quarter, the licensee must submit GC-7Q Quarterly Statement for Bell Jar Operations and GC-7Q Schedule 1 Bell Jar Deals Sold and pay additional fees within 15 days. Download GC-7Q Instructions.

            Any licensee with a profit of less than $30,000 in a calendar year from all raffles must submit GCVS-2 Verified Statement Raffle Operations and pay additional fees to DCWP on or before January 20th of the following year.

              If the licensee plans to continue conducting games of chance, the licensee must complete and file a new license application package by repeating the steps outlined above.
