Permit to Receive And/Or Process Milk and Milk Products (Part 2 Permit)

You need a Permit to Receive And/Or Process Milk and Milk Products to pasteurize milk or manufacture dairy products in New York State. This permit is also called a "Part 2 Permit." The New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets gives this permit.

If your plant gets milk, you also need a Milk Dealer License. Each place needs its own license.
