The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) runs the Real-Time Energy Management (RTEM) program.

The RTEM system sends your business' energy data to a cloud or on-site system. The system then looks at the data and suggests ways to use less energy. These changes can help you save money and use less energy.

NYSERDA will pay up to 30 percent of the cost of an RTEM project. They also offer technical help. Businesses can save between 15 percent and 30 percent on energy costs each year.
