Street Activity Permit

The Street Activity Permit Office (SAPO) in New York City gives permits for events. These events include:

• Street festivals
• Plaza events
• Production events
• Block parties
• Farmers markets
• Press conferences
• Health fairs
• Other events on streets, sidewalks and plazas

Apply online: visit E-Apply. There is a $25 non-refundable fee. You can pay with a credit card or debit card.
