The Street Activity Permit Office (SAPO) issues permits for Street Festivals, Plaza Events, Production Events, Block Parties, Farmers Markets, Press Conferences, Health Fairs and other events on the City's streets, sidewalks and Pedestrian Plazas.

You can apply online by visiting E-Apply and paying a non-refundable processing fee of $25.62 with a credit card or debit card.
