Noise from a circulation device (e.g., air conditioner, HVAC, etc.) in excess of 42 decibels

Unreasonable noise from a sound reproduction device (e.g., loud music)

Failure to adopt or implement a Noise Mitigation Plan at a construction site

Facility not vermin proof. Harborage or conditions conducive to attracting vermin to the premises and/or allowing vermin to exist
