Operating Requirements

    Licenses are valid for up to one year and expire on December 31 every year.

      If any of the information submitted in the approved application changes, the licensee must inform DCWP of those changes by filing an Application to Amend the Bingo License.

      • 3

        The licensee must submit a Financial Statement of Bingo Operations and Cash Control Report and pay additional fee to DCWP no more than seven days after each bingo game occasion.

        • 4

          At the end of each calendar quarter, the licensee must submit a Quarterly Summary Statement of Bingo Operations, within 15 days of the end of each calendar quarter. One original copy should be sent to the New York State Gaming Commission and one copy should be sent to DCWP.

            If the licensee plans to continue conducting bingo games, the licensee must complete and file a new license application package by repeating the steps outlined in the Apply tab.
