- For applications filed between January 1st and June 30th the Permit Fee is $70.00
- For applications filed between July 1st and December 31st the Permit Fee is $105.00*
- Permit Fee: $300.00
*All pet shops that will sell dogs or cats must have a NYS Pet Dealers License in addition to a NYC Pet Shop Permit.
If you sell both small animals and cats or dogs, you will need to apply for both Class P and the Class D permits.
